Strategy, built.

Put AI to work.

I find where AI can make a difference.
Then I build it into the way your business works.

An idea.
With a working life.

Websites, tools, and entire products. I connect the value proposition to the experience, then build the system behind it.

02 / Three-dimensional thinking

Make the
complex clear.

A technical specification can be hard to sell. A clear, three-dimensional model makes the solution tangible before it exists.

Built forTurn complexity into confidence.

Work moves.
People move on.

I build automations around the way your team works, connecting information, decisions, and the next useful action.

More capacity.
Still your call.

I run a fleet of more than 100 agents. The real work is giving each one the right context, a defined job, and a way to know when to ask for help.

A better way
to see the bid.

I built a workflow that turns enclosure specifications into detailed 3D bid visuals. It helped a client win a major deal.

I know the
strategy seat.
And the
workbench.

Twenty years at Verizon taught me how businesses move. Building with AI changed how much I could move myself.

I went from a mall kiosk to Associate Vice President, leading a national organization of more than 450 people. Today, I'm Chief Strategy Officer at Netcom, a product builder, and a hands-on AI operator.

I work across the whole problem: what matters to the business, what someone will actually use, and what it takes to get there.

03 / How we work together

Start with
what matters.

01

Find the valuable problem.

Where does work stall? What would make the offer stronger? We choose a problem worth solving and define what a better result looks like.

02

Build something you can use.

I turn the priority into a working version. Your team can try it, challenge it, and help shape what comes next.

03

Make it part of the business.

We connect the tools, establish ownership, and see what changes in practice. The system improves with the people using it.

A focused build, an advisory relationship, or embedded strategy leadership. We choose the shape that fits the work.
