Contacting us

The main site has no account registration. The contact page offers an optional intake form that helps you draft a message; the finished message is sent through your own email application, not by this site. Information you choose to email is used to respond and manage the resulting business relationship. Please do not send sensitive information through a design demonstration.

Live AI features

The homepage agent, the “Ask ZOE” site assistant, and the contact-page brief drafter send the text you type to OpenAI through a Takisaki.ai server function so a reply can be generated. The server function passes the text through without saving or logging it, and Takisaki.ai does not use it to identify you. OpenAI processes it under its API data policies, which allow it to retain inputs for a limited period for abuse monitoring. When you continue from the homepage agent to the contact page, your text is carried in your browser’s session storage, not in the page address. To limit abuse, the server function keeps request counters keyed to your IP address in temporary server memory; they are not written to disk and are discarded when that server instance shuts down. Please do not enter sensitive or confidential information into these features.

Live fleet feed

The “Inside my fleet” section periodically asks Takisaki.ai for a summary of Paul’s own agent activity. That request carries nothing you have typed, and your IP address is not passed on to the system that supplies the summary.

Design demonstrations

The hosted design concepts demonstrate interfaces and motion. Their sample booking and inquiry flows are demonstrations, not operating businesses or payment services. The “Discuss this direction” link opens an email to Takisaki Strategy.

Hosting and external resources

Vercel hosts this site and may process request and technical information needed to deliver, secure, and operate it. Some design experiences load fonts, images, icons, or animation libraries from external providers. Your browser connects to those providers when the experience loads, which can expose technical request information such as your IP address. Their own privacy policies apply. Still mode displays a locally hosted overview without loading the interactive experience.

Browser preferences

The site uses session storage for your motion and sound preferences, the gallery position to return to, the shape of the animated page emblem between pages, and, if you use the homepage agent, the challenge you typed until the contact page reads it. Individual design experiences may also save their own display preferences in local or session storage. These preferences stay in your browser and can be cleared through its site-data settings.

Measurement

The main site and the Still-mode concept overviews do not include an advertising pixel or a client-side analytics script. Interactive concept experiences may load the external resources described above. Hosting providers may retain operational logs. Load times shown on pages are measured in your browser and are not sent anywhere. Takisaki Strategy does not sell personal information.

Other websites

Links to products, social profiles, and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This notice describes Takisaki.ai, not those separate services or legacy tools hosted elsewhere.
